  • PCB ASSEMBLY AND CONFORMAL COATING – From 1 unit up to small and medium quantities (HMLV) inclusive Selective Conformal Coating and Potting Resin. Very flexible SMT placement machines handle component sizes down to 01005 as well as BGA, µBGA, QFP, LED and fine pitch QFP. THT facilities, flow and selective soldering as well as fully IPC-trained hand soldering operators (in-house IPC-trainer, lead-free or conventional equipment).
  • TESTING – Complex test concepts and test equipment production in-house; specific Soft- and Hardware as well as complete test tools; customer owned test systems are integrated without difficulties.
