    • COMPUTERIZED PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT – performed using a customized software for technical information management and production monitoring. Operators are equipped with laptops.
    • SPECIAL & CRITICAL PROCESSES MANAGEMENT – performed and controlled by specifically trained and qualified operators
    • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – production targets monitored and upgraded to grant performances and customer satisfaction
  • TEST – automatic functional tests performed with DIT-MCO machines up to 8.000 test points
